	Job Description:	Requirements All qualified candidates must meet the following requirements: - BS or MS degree in Electrochemistry, Chemical engineering, Chemistry or Materials Science plus 5 years experience. - At least 5 years experience in any of the following, Tantalum/aluminum; electrolytic/battery or hands on industry experience with: Cathodes, Anodes, Electrolyte chemistry, Packaging and Assembly - Analysis of corresponding electrical characteristics and related physical phenomenon and failure mechanisms is a definite plus. - Experience in new product testing and development is highly desired.
