Technical Account Manager The Technical Account Manager will be responsible for driving day-to-day client success, delivery and operational efficiency for a group of clients within a specified market. This position requires working closely with clients at the support- and management-levels, as well as driving internal consulting, development, support and hosting management to the highest levels of client service. Responsibilities: - Ensure RedPrairie effectively delivers software support services to achieve client success - Manage day-to-day client requests for assistance beyond support calls - Ensure client issues are managed and resolved, working very closely with the LIVE Team. - Primary contact for customer escalations - Ensure high degree of client satisfaction, pave the way for reference requests - Work with LIVE Team Leads to manage and monitor SLAs - Develop and maintain relationships with clients - Maintain master issues list and regularly communicate status to client (leveraging internal tracking systems and tools) - Ensure proper Help Desk Certification/Training and Hosting Certification for self-hosted clients - Help drive Product Development priorities based on client needs - May manage short-term, post-implementation projects which are outside the scope of/timing of consulting engagements.
