Job Description:

Description:         The incumbent will understand and impact the company business and technical transition solution, and define and communicate how the company will move the client from current to proposed future state.

Responsibilities:

·       Nurture and manage an array of high-level client and internal relationships across multiple companies/divisions/continents

·       Contract implementation and account setup that allows company to meet performance objectives and desired margins and ROI

·       Client relationship building and direction of all phases of the contract implementation

·       Manage external vendors related to telecom and automation of the escalation process

 

Qualifications:

1.     Bachelor’s degree

2.     At least two (2) years of ITO transition experience for large ITO deals between $300M and $1B in TCV size

3.     Experience working with multiple service streams specifically service desk and data center consolidation

4.     Experience in dealing with datacenter assets of 5K servers

5.     Experience with sub contractor vendor/contract management in major implementations

6.     Experience working with Tier-1 IT Services firm and other established OS providers
