We are a Private Investment Partnership seeking personal assistants for several of our Managers. We are seeking individuals and possible teams who can provide services for rush jobs.
The Duties/Responsibilities:
· Complete one-time tasks as assigned
· Research for projects as needed using the Internet (ex: – Find top 5 money managers that have written books with contact phone numbers and addresses)
· Contact and set appointments with individuals
· Follow-up emails/respond to individuals
· Phone calls to individuals (Using Skype)
· Contact/follow-up with important business contacts/clients via email and phone.
Proficiencies
· Excellent with Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Database management/creation/maintenance
· Excellent English
· Excellent written and communication skills (English)
· Able to think quickly and adapt to change
· Excellent time-management skills
· Extremely detail oriented
98% of projects will need to be completed in 48-72 hours upon assignment. Some projects will need to be completed during US business hours and others can be completed during non-US business hours. That will be clearly instructed at assignment of task.
