Nesco Resource is recruiting temporary to hire candidates for one of our leading customers in the Independence area for 2nd shift Inbound Call Center opportunities, for both English and Bi-lingual Spanish candidates
Prior customer service or call center experience a plus, must have good communication skills and data entry. Will be required to handle a number of required calls in order to meet performance standards. Salary plus commission based on upselling criteria.
Must also be able to train on 1st shift for 1-2 weeks 9am-6pm. Normal 2nd shift hours will be 3pm-midnight Sunday thru Thursday or Tuesday thru Saturday.
Candidates will be subject to drug screen, background screen and credit check. Must also have own transportation as position is not located on a bus line.
