Job Description:

Electrical and I&C Engineering Manager Cleveland, OH (1375F)

Candidate will manage an Electrical and I&C Engineering team of engineers, designers and support staff.

You will manage engineering and design activities including specifications, design criteria and drawings to meet project requirements.

You will establish department strategic objectives/key performance indicators (KPI) aligned with corporate strategic objectives.

You will establish methods to measure performance against department strategic objectives.

A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with PE registration is required.

You must have fifteen years overall relevant engineering experience or knowledge of associated engineering knowledge to work within a multi-discipline engineering team.

You must have management skills including team building, leadership, training, goal setting, conflict and performance management.

You must have knowledge of medium voltage utility substation equipment design. You must also have knowledge of utility and end user medium voltage distribution equipment design.

Also knowledge of NEC, ANSI and other industry applicable standards and codes associate with the department is required.

Salary: open based on technical qualifications and experience
