Job Description:

Position: Maintenance Planner/Scheduler
Location: North of Bellingham, Washington
Salary: $40,000 - $45,000 dependant on experience
Type Permanent, staff position
Reports to: Maintenance Superintendent.

Summary:
The main purpose for the Maintenance Planner/Scheduler is to optimize the documented maintenance programs, with a focus on utilizing all known resources to minimize the amount of available production time needed and utilized for maintenance.

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years experience in maintenance planner/scheduler role - preferably around power transmissions.
• An Engineer or A junior graduate engineer or an experienced engineering technologist with maintenance management/planning experience will be considered;
• Proven ability to lead and coach people on the above subjects;
• Experience in analysis of data and be able to schedule multiple priorities and multi-variant issues.
• Must have excellent computer skills, experience with Computerized Maintenance programs, experience with Maximo an asset
• Excellent documentation skills, and be fluent in written and verbal English

Position: Reliability / CMMS Engineer
Location: North of Bellingham, Washington
Salary: $50,000 - $55,000
Type: Permanent staff position
Reports to: Plant Manager

Summary:
The Reliability / CMMS Engineer assures the sustainment and the continuous improvement of the Preventative Maintenance Program. This includes maintaining of the integrity of the data and the procedures within the Maximo database. The RCE interacts with the maintenance team, provides leadership to help apply the concepts to TQM, CI, TPM and other management best practices.

Requirements:
• Engineer with 5 to 7 years experience in maintenance management and planning - preferably around power transmission - A junior graduate engineer or a experienced engineering technologist with significant maintenance management/planning experience will be considered;
• Must have excellent computer skills, especially computerized maintenance software such as Maximo, MP2 or other;
• Must be able to lead and coach people on the above subjects;
• Strong skill in analysis of data and be able to schedule multiple priorities and multi-variant issues.
• Have excellent documentation skills, fluent in written and verbal English;

Position: Electrical Supervisor
Location: North of Bellingham, Washington
Salary: $60,000 - $67,000 – dependant on experience

**This is a rare career opportunity for a high energy, hands on manager to help develop a state-of-the art production facility. **

Requirements:
• Previous supervisory experience
• Must be an experienced journeyman trained electrician with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in a high speed continuous process manufacturing environment
• A licensed electrician certificate (or equivalent qualifications),
• Experience in the design, installation and maintenance of electronic & instrumentation equipment, such as PLC’s, SLC 500 Series, variable drive frequency and DC controls
• Demonstrate knowledge of local electrical codes
• Experience with repair and installation of plant electrical equipment.
• Knowledge & experience with material handling equipment, pumps, thermal systems, pneumatics and hydraulics
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems, computer software such as Word, Excel, AutoCAD and Project, and the ability to read blueprints.
