• Turned around 18 months of losses (3.5 million) to 2 million plus profit per year

• Negotiated bank forbearance agreements to pay down debt while maintaining a line of credit to sustain the business of 2 million

• Negotiated significant vendor agreements for material procurement with favorable operating terms in excess of 2 million
