• Awarded contract for 13 acre redevelopment project in Thornton, CO based on complex RFP bid including multiple ownership and environmental issues. Secured 60,000 s.f. “build to suit” retailer prior to final site approval
• Acquired land in Roy, Utah for multi-tenant retail project. Sold building to an investor upon occupancy netting 200% ROI.
