- Customer Resource Management (CRM) – Noticed that the company was losing orders; suggested that customers be given an “order confirmation,” coordinated acknowledgment and delivery of orders; implemented order confirmation.
- Inventory Management – Set up an “A, B and C” filing system for the commitments and/or policies that were ready to be typed; implemented the ABC system to categorize the priority of one file from another, regardless of when the orders were received; often handled orders in first-come, first-serve basis, but some rushes placed the numbering system out of order, which allowed prioritization of the files and enabled improved customer service.
