- CONTRACT RESTRUCTURING/AUDITING: Multiple years of experience analyzing existing contracts and revamping to lower costs while maintaining requirements. Assessed and reorganized Cisco and Entersys maintenance contracts, which reduced contract outlays by $92K on an annual basis. - CRE IMPLEMENTATION: Worked collaboratively with a team to effectively implement customer reserve expiration functions into XPD2 mainframe. Eliminated 5M of invalid inventory from the system and generated a process to block future illogical reservations.
- HK ERP FORECAST FUNCTION INTEGRATION: Integrated Oracle ERP forecast function within XPD2 mainframe system. Coordinated team efforts to successfully implement the process to associate the two systems. Built beta testing with a key hub warehouse that resulted in a $600K inventory reduction.
