Prepare technical documentation, technical manuals, user manuals, and troubleshooting charts for submissions to Gaming Laboratories and international government agencies. Perform network design and administration, analysis, and testing to support multi-platform network environments and provided system capacity planning, technology enhancements, and documentation. Complete the necessary maintenance to ensure network availability to all system users at all times.
