- Established partnership with key stakeholders and Global Tax and Trade (GTT) to influence British government to reclassify labels from regular products to marketing deliverable for tax purposes. This resulted in refund of past VAT Taxes and avoided future ones. Recognized by a Corp/ approved cash savings of $2.8M.
- Proposed a systematic change to the Label system of record (OLO) and persuaded the Marketing Division to implement a process that limit labels to OEMs based on their actual processor purchases or charge the licensee back their excess demand. The effort was recognized by a Corp approved cash savings of $7M (5-yr NPV) and a SMG Finance Divisional Recognition Award; developed operational efficiency that was recognized by SMG Finance Productivity Improvement DRA.
JOINT MARKETING PROGRAM (JMP) SIMPLIFICATION
- Lead a cross-functional team that investigated and identified inefficiencies and bottlenecks throughout the investment approval process, which exceeded SLAs’ expectations and increased resource pressure for both Intel and the licensees.
- Drove efficiency through the implementation of new standard worldwide processes and worked with IT in building automated and interactive tools; recognized by the SMG Finance Productivity Improvement DRA.
