- Previously held Top Secret, Compartmented Information and “Q” security clearances

- Accomplished numerous government-sponsored surreptitious entries in support of government operations

- Instituted the Digital Covert Surveillance Recorder Program (J-Bird) for the State of New Jersey

- Designed, manufactured and implemented a silenced drill for utilization in covert surveillance equipment instillation and for hostage rescue operations

- Successfully owned, operated and later sold a multi-million dollar security company that employs more than 30 full-time employees and provides technical surveillance and special operations services for both domestic and foreign government agencies

- Played an integral role in formulating a program for the Government of Kuwait; handled the selection and acquisition of technical surveillance equipment, as well as facilitated training to their Ministry of Interior

- Successfully led an 8-month surveillance for one of the most influential law firms in New Jersey

- Provided efficient leadership to a bi coastal manufacturing and support company, which brought in more than $2M gross sales by its third year of operation

- Formulated a program for a South American government, which eliminated the cases of kidnapping by local terrorists; selected appropriate equipment and trained staff on the implementation of the program

- Effectively mediated a kidnapping-for-ransom incident; successfully freed a child and recovered the ransom money in Mexico

- Rendered surveillance expertise to an African president in locating a propaganda radio station, which disrupted the administration

- Instrumental in the successful arrest and conviction of a 10-year fugitive involved in hundreds of acts of terrorism and more than l000 murders in Peru
