Initially hired to support new business development strategy beyond France and the UK. Drove product management in the US by adapting the existing tool to the requirements of North American market.



Quickly assumed additional responsibilities of revamping the product and developing value-add expertise modules on reduction simulation & climate action planning.



• Conceived, in a record 2 months, detailed specifications to ensure tool’s compliance with international standards by leveraging in-depth knowledge of ISO14064-1 / GHG Protocol for corporate accounting, thus enabling Carbon Hub’s aggressive growth strategy on global markets.

• Cut in half new customers’ on-boarding lead-time by re-thinking the logic of the service for a quicker familiarization with carbon accounting process, empowering customers to configure their own operational and organizational set-ups.

• Boosted engineering team’s productivity by freeing-up time previously spent on one-off customizations, reallocating it to new features’ development.

• Contributed to the creation of original content and provided thought-leadership on greenhouse gas accounting & management by writing numerous articles for the tool’s blog.

Promoted to this position after instrumental role in winning landmark outsourcing contract. Started with little formal guidance and forged meaningful relationships with Mobility Business Unit to address sales issues.



Shortened order-to-cash cycles by creating a highly effective consultative selling approach to design, pilot and rollout a solution fully compliant with customers’ expectations.
