Update and submit Hazardous Materials Disclosures and Emergency Contingency Plans. Amend and implement revised Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP). Complete and submit Storm Water Quality Reports. Amend facility operating permits as required. Inform employees and customers concerning regulatory issues. Organize and involve in public meetings, facility tours and customer/vendor audits. Perform regulatory reviews for export shipments. Review and approve profiles for the shipment and disposal of hazardous waste. Manage consultants and lawyers on various EH&S projects. Create and present Department of Homeland Security (DHS) documents, including facility registrations and Site Vulnerability Assessments and Site Security Plans. Act as the Chair for monthly safety committee meetings; make recommendations to improve facility safety as well as responsible for following up on corrective action. Participate in accident investigations to identify root cause and suggest corrective action(s). Author and implement Hazardous Waste Source Reduction Programs. Key Contributions:

- Reduced company expenses by $135,000 by managing the Industrial Wastewater Demonstration Agreement with the County Sanitation Districts of Los Angeles County (LACSD) and challenging their request to purchase additional Capacity Units. Proposed an alternate solution that LACSD accepted instead

- Managed Hazardous Waste Source Reduction Plans where the volume of several waste streams was reduced by up to 20%. This also saved the company significant cost in waste disposal fees
