Provide proven on-time performance during commercial communications satellite integration to the Russian Proton launch vehicle launch campaigns at the Baikonur Cosmodrome, Kazakhstan. Assume full responsibility in maintaining the USG approved campaign documentation as well as the safety and technology security. Ensure strict compliance with the State Department issued export licenses (DSP-5, DSP-73) and technical assistance agreements (TAA) issued for conduct of the launch campaign. Facilitate training to company employees to develop their knowledge on export matters, licensing issues, and technical data transfer to foreign customers / TAA signatories.
Major Accomplishments:
- Assumed the position in 2006 with a Lockheed Martin company due to acquired background, education, and skills as well as extensive experience in systems integration, test and operations management
- Took a lead role in the integration of the spacecraft with the Proton launch from dedicated world-class facilities in Baikonur
- Served as the engineering liaison for all joint tests and support facility preparations
