I worked directly with customers to design their granite projects such as kitchen countertops, vanities, fireplaces, and furniture tops. I provided knowledge of which materials would work best for customer’s project. I prepared take-offs, material piece lists and quotes for prospective clients from sketches, drawings and architectural blueprints. I consulted with homeowners and Site supervisors regarding project coordination, completion and deadlines in new construction and remodels. I managed all small order and single piece projects using remnant materials. I accurately measured customer’s projects and manually drafted fabrication drawings. I purchased supplies for fabrication and project installation for a production crew of 10-people. I coordinated granite and marble slab purchases and pick-up with 12 main suppliers. I inspected all granite and marble for quality and cracks or breaks as they arrived from the suppliers. I scheduled installation dates with customer of natural stone projects. I was responsible for inventory control of customer projects material and shop materials. I resolved conflicts in project scheduling and any problem that would arise during or after project completion.

I generated and revised complex wiring and equipment lists from electrical blueprints for Boeing using
Microsoft accesses, office, excel and word. I have the ability to read and understand electrical blueprints and to complete tasks in which they involved. I corrected error in pictorial drawings for cockpit, cargo holds and equipment using Micro Station. I coordinated with executive engineers in task needing completion. I provided technical aide and support to 10 technical writers and engineers.

I prioritized blueprinting projects for a high volume multi-project engineering firm. I maintained project records and invoices for complex projects and key clients such as The Bon Marche, Sega, Factoria Square Mall, Redmond Town Center and Nike Town. I managed documents for manufacturing procedures and new product sources. I worked closely with over 15 drafters scheduling and prioritizing printing projects.

Domestics Section Head / Order Clerk - Fred Meyer. 2002 - 2004

I completed all merchandise resets in domestics as well as help in other departments. I communicated with product buyers, replenishment and corporate office regarding product placement and availability. I maintained supply of merchandise on sales floor and in the stockroom. I provided excellent customer service. Worked with customers to resolve any conflicts occurred. I researched alternative locations for customers to ensure they found the product they were looking for. I worked with AS400 program to check on products availability and correspond with product purchasers and other stores.
