Medical File Clerk: Accurately maintained clinical records for about 100 youth under some phase of the judicial system. Performed monthly audits to ensure all records were organized according to Department of Mental Health guidelines and standards. Operated a switchboard with 200 lines.

Adoptions Assistant: Promoted from clinical file clerk to Adoptions Assistant for the Foster Family division. Processed all phases of the adoption from the freeing papers to the Order of Final Adoption and PAARP. Served as the point person between the Optimist Foster Family Adoptions Division, the families, and the county and federal agencies. Designed a file system to keep all records up-to-date.
