· Functioned as a representative for the PI during the initial phase and set-up of the collaboration with Combimatrix Corporation; and later functioned to assist the PI in communicating with the senior manager through telephone and email correspondence.

· Researched through Internet journal databases for background information on Raman Spectroscopy and Gold nanoparticles to generate write-ups used by the PI for presentations, critique articles, and sources for written grant updates to collaborators.
