Managed all aspects of running the Bay Area Branch of this national recruitment publication. Responsible for hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating all staff including 6 person inside advertising sales team, accounting, admin support, production, and distribution personnel, as well as designing marketing campaigns and promotions and handling the branch's P&L. Qualified for quarterly Performance Bonuses every quarter.

04/01-08/02: Call Center Manager, KitchenWorks Inc. :

Managed inside lead-generation team for a 30 million dollar a year home improvement company. Responsible for all aspects of employee hiring,
