Saved the City over $430K over a 11 years on their self-funded workers compensation program.

Successfully closed all workers compensation cases within one (1) after initial date of injury.

Saved the City approximately $500K on the Property & Casualty Insurance by ensuring worker compensation classifications were coded properly and implement a more stringent driving program for the City.

Enhanced the Drug-Testing Program to ensure employees are working safely.

Removed all ADA (American with Disability Act) barriers and made the City a fully ADA accessible city for all its facilities and programs.

Implemented a training curriculum, which allows all employees to complete OSHA training, within their field annually.

Advised numerous public entities on the ADA and OSHA regulations.

Mediated over 10 Workers Compensation cases and successfully to save the City 10% or more of the approved amount.

Managed the first City bus lines to ensure all bus stops were in compliance with the ADA.

Coordinated a committee for surrounding government entities to ensure all smaller entities were in compliance with the ADA.
