ACCOUNTING SKILLS

I have been a Full-Charge Bookkeeper and Office Manager for over 20 years including but not limited to; the design and implementation of office operations, customer service, and supervision of others. Some of my related skills include:

· Compute timecards, process payroll, deposit weekly payroll taxes, and prepare quarterly payroll tax reports.

· Monitor cash flow and payment of accounts payable.

· Prepared paper work for Government Security Clearances.

· Invoice customers, collect accounts receivable, and enter deposits, balance check book, and perform monthly bank reconciliation

· Prepare monthly AIA documents for billing discrepancies and subcontract guidelines, bill for contractor payment from the owner, and obtain lien waivers.

· Compose RFQ’s (Requests for Qualifications) for government projects.

· Obtain project bonds and insurances, record bonds and NOC(s).
