I was responsible for transcribing reports for the doctor pertaining to his patients
various medical issues. Reports were done on a daily basis along with the
responsibilities of office maintenance and organization. General public
relation skills were required for this job also. The job ended only when the doctor
retired.

I was in charge of keeping the records of our members current and accurate.
Extensive bookkeeping was required and also a proficient knowledge of computers
and various types of computer software also. Since I maintained the front of the
office I had to deal with the problems and complaints of the members and respond
accordingly to resolve issues within the club guidelines and regulations policies.
Analytical and reasoning skills proved to be helpful in this type of setting.

1995-2000 Owner/Operator of Tricia’s Expertise Housekeeping Service, Walla Walla, WA

Started and maintained my own small housekeeping company. In this I had
to manage and operate my own business. I had a small number of employees
working for my company that I had to train and supervise to make sure they
maintained quality work and provided the level of ethic and high standards I
expected from my employees. I maintained all of my own records and did all
of the bookkeeping for the company. (still currently own this company and is
in operation).

2000-2003 Owner/Operator of Tricia’s Addition Restaurant, Walla Walla, WA
Started and operated a full-service restaurant and was in charge of
all of the product orders, employee payroll and taxes, employee management,
menu design and display, pricing and order completion. This required a profound
knowledge of the business field and use of advanced technology programs. This was
a successful business and was sold when we were ready to start our family.

2003-2007 Continue to own and operate my housekeeping service allowing me to maintain the
flexibility and still continue in a working position while taking care of my
baby. Since my child is getting older I would like to acquire a position in business and
focus on a career that is both rewarding and advancing in the
technological industry. I have continued my education also, in online studies, through
Eastern Oregon University in the Business Administration and Health related field.
I would like to continue with a career that pertains to this. Online business operation
is where I want to put my focus in the work industry. I would like to work for a great
company with the flexibility of working from my home. The skills I have obtained in the
previous years would allow me to do this.
