Second largest wood plastic composite decking and railing company in North America, with national distribution and an international presence in the market.

Product Manager for new and existing decking products, as well as lead new product development efforts

• Managed new and existing products, with over 250 SKU’s in the product line
 Implemented Stagegate new product development process, which helped launch new products, with new product sales over 50% and first year sales over 25% for the entire business.
 Obtained and analyzed marketing information to understand customer needs, develop new products and improve existing products.
• Developed detailed cost models to understand financial information for new products, as well as cost saving programs.
 Developed cost for all new products, and entire product line which showed lower margin items that could be phased out with higher margin new products
