| Objective: |
I am actively seeking an Executive Assistant position in a demanding, multi-tasking environment, where I can provide chief support and loyalty to an active Executive/Director/CEO. I believe that my experience in execution and implementation can offer a significant contribution to you. As you read my resume, you will find that I possess a strong background in providing first line of support at an executive level.
At Starbucks Coffee Company, I supported the Director of Facilities and Construction for the Northeast Atlantic Division. Although day to day tasks fluctuated based on the Directors needs of urgent nature, my primary responsibilities included exclusive management of his schedule, frequent business travel arrangements, scheduling of meetings and conference calls, capturing meeting minutes, written and verbal correspondence, business expense reconciliation andsubmission, budget monitoring, overhead cost tracking, and organization of store condition assessment schedules for over 500 Starbucks stores.
Prior to Starbucks, I assisted the President and CEO of a fast paced, growing Internet Software Development Company. Though this company operated on a much smaller scale, I filled a dual role as the Office Manager and Executive Assistant. I managed the financial terms of all accounts and contracts, billing (A.R. ~2,000 accounts), maintained office equipment, and provided technical support to clients. In addition, I managed all banking activity, including the companys corporate accounts as well as the owners personal finances.
I possess the qualities and experience that all Executives need; one who never falls short on detail, professionalism, and sense of urgency. I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss how my skill set would be of value to you and your firm. If you would like to further discuss a mutual opportunity, please contact me at your earliest convenience.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Respectfully,
Amber L. Mills
