I am a Civil Engineer with over 12 years of experience as a Project Manager & Scheduling with an Engineer In Training License in Puerto Rico, also I live here. My interest is to obtain a job with a stable company that bring me the opportunity to grown as a professional and bring all my capabilities to gain that. As a professional I always see a good standing with a serious aptitude. I am firm in any of my decisions but I recognize my errors and I learn of them.
In the past years of professional experience I work as a Civil Engineer and I look always for the company wealth because if the company gain wealth the workers gain wealth too. We are the company and we shall promote a good work environment, I am a pro-company worker, I promote the team work, this is the better way to make the goal with cero errors and cero problems. I have experience supervising over 200 worker in different levels, I think that the human resources is the most important part of any company and I know how to work with this resource and gain the better of them for a task.
I am an Engineer with a lot of trainings and certifications that’s mean that I am open to know and learn anything to achieve a goal and grow up as a professional. My job is bring solutions to anyone and any stage from planning to start up. My goal is the excellence and I work hard day by day with God in my heart and in my mind.
