This entailed an extensive building update and refurbishment, new electrical supply, dedicated air compressor, lighting, heating, etc. Project completed on time and under budget. Two product lines were installed and commissioned within eight weeks. Phonograph production was increased from 45 to 80 units a day with only a 20% increase in direct labor, materials and evaluations.
