•Responsible for facility maintenance of ten retail grocery stores.
•Initiated preventive maintenance program for HVAC equipment.
•Installed and maintained energy management systems.
•Responsible for training apprentice technicians.
Building Maintenance Technician 1979 – 1981
•Established the Building Maintenance Department.
•Responsible for the maintenance and repair of two warehouse facilities, including two food processing kitchens and offices.
•Established preventive maintenance programs.
•Worked with outside vendors for repairs outside of our scope.
•Responsible for all electrical, plumbing, carpentry and computer wiring.
•Responsible for all equipment repairs, including automatic doors and exhaust systems.

•Established Material Handling Department, which included buying tools, setting up preventive maintenance programs and setting up a parts department.
