As an accomplished Human Resources Executive with more than 18 years of combined service with ACTSLLC and ACTS, PC, I am eager for new challenges and feel confident of the skill I can bring to your organization.
The accompanying resume is presented for your review and consideration for the position. This position will take advantage of my ability to learn quickly, easily grasp complex concepts, assume increased levels of responsibility, and meet deadlines.
I offer a Bachelors degree in Psychology, a Masters degree in Clinical Social Work, and all but dissertation for the Ph.D. degree with 18 years of experience working in increasingly responsible positions. I successfully redefined job descriptions and responsibilities, provided hands-on training, and implemented new policies and procedures, resulting in a more structured and supportive workplace where employees currently enjoy incentives to work hard and maintain their terms of employment.
It is with your organization that I hope to contribute in the same manner. Therefore, I would welcome the opportunity to meet with your managers to discuss the possibility of joining your organization’s team.
As a Human Resources Manager/Executive with over 18 years of service in the healthcare industry, one of my primary goals is to follow the advice of Henry Kissenger, “The task of a leader is to get his people from where they are to where they have not been.” As you will soon learn, one of my greatest strengths is mentoring and guiding my colleagues so they may reach great professional heights. I truly believe in mentoring my colleagues so they can be catalysts in delivering impressive results.
In 1988, I joined ACTS, PC and advanced through positions of increasing authority and decision-making, to a final position as a Human Resources manager, I have been a valuable resource and critical link between internal/external customers, management team members, and government regulatory agencies. In my most recent position, I directed human resources activities. My 18-year career has afforded me the opportunity to gain a wealth of human resources management knowledge, and after an amazing partnership with a wonderful company, I have decided to explore additional opportunities.
I am most interested in a position that offers additional opportunities for advancement, a chance to mentor and guide my colleagues, and the ability to use my rich mix of skills. I am an extremely strong manager who is vision driven, intelligent, intuitive and tenacious. I am known as “sharp and professional” by those who know me, and I know that as a member of your executive team, I can add tremendous value to your organization.
If you believe my qualifications and experience would greatly contribute to your organization goals, I would welcome an opportunity to meet with you to discuss my qualifications and candidacy in detail.
In addition to developing Human Resources programs, I can also offer:
q Expertise in reducing labor costs through contract negotiations and healthcare benefit redesign
q Comprehensive knowledge of employment law and federal regulations to ensure compliance
q A history of initiating a corporate-wide diversity initiative
q Solid communication skills as evidenced by speaking engagements and written papers
q A willingness to relocate
Additional qualifications and skills can be found in the accompanying resume.
In an effort to discuss this further, I will be waiting for contact from you in the next several days to see if we might set a time to meet.
If you have any questions, I can be reached at the numbers listed above. Thank you for your attention.
Sincerely,
Rick Lupacchino
