The work is more of an accountant and front offi ce manager.description of the duties is to train the front desk staff for implementing the days inn software and resolving the guest issues.

Frequent interaction with the days inn and AAA inspectors. The main thrust was on maintaing the rating .Promoting the various guest programmes put forth by the franchisor from time to time and train the front desk staff so that they are implemented.
