Responsible for the implementation of the Toyota Production System at a $36 million manufacturer of high- performance aftermarket forged aluminum pistons for the powersports and automotive markets.



2001 – 2008, Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics (Euronext:SGO), www.saint-gobain.com.



Plant Manager, Akron, Ohio, 3 years.

Directed the daily operations of a $38 million, 110 person, 100,000 ft2, 24/5, plastic extrusion facility.
