Provide proficient leadership in overseeing the company’s enterprise systems and national technology as member of senior management and Chair of the Executive Improvement Team (EIT) reporting directly to the President and CEO. Administer and coordinate entire operational business aspects of the 13th largest multifamily residential owner/operator in the United States with 1,500+ employees. Oversee process change initiatives including related projects and key vendor / partner relationships. Monitor industry trends and evaluate new technologies to facilitate software and business innovations for the future.



Notable Contributions:

- Managed several projects in 2007 and 2008 such as implementation of an online leasing and reservation system, resident and marketing portals, electronic payment systems and lead tracking and revenue management systems, which is projected to increase top line revenue growth; maximize lead to lease conversion percentages and reduce cost per lease; and streamline marketing efforts and reallocating advertising dollars to trim down expenses for the next 12 months
