CAREER OVERVIEW

- Play an integral role in the migration and unwinding of Bear Stearns Financial Products Inc. (“BSFP”) into JPMorgan.
- Provide assistance in facilitating status of each trade with Credit, Muni Legal and JPMorgan marketers.
- Calculate, communicate and manage capital subsidy numbers, which are marketer incentives to novate trades out of BSFP into JPMorgan Chase Bank (“JPMCB”). This included creating a front to back process with the middle and back offices.
- Work closely with Standard & Poor’s, Moody’s Investor Service, Fitch Inc., and DBRS to facilitate approvals for the novation of more than 800 trades to JPMCB as well as negotiation of fees.
Significant Contributions:
- Oversaw and managed the processing of simultaneous termination of 76 trades due to a trigger event. Which included establishing contact information and payments database, disseminate termination letters, and follow through with payment letters to ensure client satisfaction and compliance with the trigger event criteria in the confirmations.
- Prepared spreadsheet integrated with action plan for each monoline insured counterparty.
- Led the consolidation of active counterparties with ISDA’s to assist JPMorgan ISDA Documentation in mapping against their database and guide missing ISDA’s to JPMorgan.
- Composed a database that categorizes each of the 1600 BSFP trades by product type, economic terms, and ratings for tracking.
- Tested, verified, and confirmed information to assure the successful migration of BSFP documentation systems from DocManager/Scriturra to JPMorgan platform-OpsWorkstation.
