I conducted classes on EPIC Systems—Ambulatory, Inpatient, and OpTime procedures as well as Prelude and Cadence. Classes were comprised of providers (Physicians/Surgeons, Nurses, PAs, Nurse Practitioners, PT/OT/Speech/Respiratory Care, Dieticians, Medical Students, Nursing Students, and House Staff etc.) clerical/administrative personnel (Unit Clerks, Patient Care Technicians, etc.) and practice management personnel.



SENIOR TRAINER/COURSEWARE DEVELOPER

DECEMBER 2002- JANUARY 2005



I worked temporary contract positions performing the following duties: Researching, authoring, designing and illustrating Courseware/Technical Documents and preparing and presenting technical training courses. I assisted in manning the Help Desk and providing tier1+ solutions for software and hardware issues. In addition, I was involved in establishing a document management system using Panagon/Filenet. Solutia filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy and my position was eliminated in 2002.
