Classes were comprised of providers (Physicians/Surgeons, Nurses, PAs, Nurse Practitioners, PT/OT/Speech/Respiratory Care, Dieticians, Medical Students, Nursing Students, and House Staff etc.) clerical/administrative personnel (Unit Clerks, Patient Care Technicians, etc.) and practice management personnel.

I functioned as the sole software applications trainer for 800+ users. I performed needs analyses, designed curriculum, courseware, job aids, user guides, etc. I provided a full spectrum of office applications training as well as training on numerous proprietary software applications. I assisted in manning the Help Desk and providing tier1+ solutions for software and hardware issues. In addition, I was involved in establishing a document management system using Panagon/Filenet. Solutia filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy and my position was eliminated in 2002.
