- Supervise full commercialization / creative process management on various products including product research and positioning, product package and program design, sales collateral, national advertising support and regular interface with major retail buyer customer base such as Wal-Mart, K-Mart, and Target among others

- Collaborate with and handle intensive advertising agency, public relations, consumer website development and web 2.0 brand engagement strategies
