Replaced all hydraulic component such as pumps and valves, landing gears, struts .pylons,
Rotor blades, brakes and hydraulic lines and tubing; Certified Aircraft Painter.
Remove such items as exterior panels. interior sound proofing panels, sensor
operator seat. spec. analyzer. mars rack ,sonar launher, port and stbd .main landing gear
cover. fwd and center. and aft floorboard panels, Removed no 1and 2 engine to beef up
high speed shaft. de- serviced main rotor,
head accumulator, removed rotor head fairing ,accumulator. damper lines, quick disconnect etc.
re-serviced accumulator IAW GAI-OOO. Itemized and order parts for specific jobs, cannibalized
aircraft
parts per CHSLWP Instructions and maintain alog of removed parts / RF1 parts and NRFI parts.
Maintain NDI records ,Manage persnnel work schedules in provide hazardous material
waste training to military and civilian personnel during the SH-60B Block One Aircraft
Upgrade.
Qualifed to signed off any corrected discrepancles perform airframes and corrosion control on any HSL
Squadrons aircraft during the SH-60 Block One upgrade. Perform a variety of duties CDI, CDQAR, Plane Captain,
perform work center audits/ monitors on the following programs. Fuel Surveillance, Oil Analysis, Hydraulic Contamination,
Tire & Wheel, Maintenance Safety, Oil Consumption, Naval Aviation Maintenance Discrepancy Reports, Technical Directive Compliance,
Foreign Objective Damage Prevertion. Tool Control, Corrosion Control Prevention Plane Captain.
Quailfication: Support Equipment Operator Training and Licensing, Hazardous Material Control and
Management etc. Provide technical assistance to CDI's and personnel who are required to make decision concerning Quality Assurance. Periodicaily accompany CDI's work center personnel and Plane Captains on assigned inspections and evaluate
their performance. Prepare and assist in the preparation of maintenance instrutions to ensure Quality Assurance Ojective and
requirements. Also perform structural repair work on aircraft skin such as removed and replace crack metals, lose rivits, hi-locks.
Perform several duties including low power system check, flight controls systems rigging.
Assigned to VP-17 Barbers PT. Hawaii, TAD to AIMD Hydraulic Shop.
