Executive Director/President-CEO

Full administrative authority for a 501c6 with a staff of 5, membership of 700+ and dozens of volunteers. Daily duties included financial management, creation and execution of programs of work, human resource management/development, strategic planning, and committee/board support and member service. Chamber needed particular attention in expense control and membership value.

• Improved financial stability of Chamber by reducing expenses and finding new revenue sources

• Negotiated new contracts for key events and funding

• Created a Chamber Visitors Guide to replace outdated leaflets
