HERTZ RENT A CAR – Arden, NC 1999-2007



City Manager (2004 – 2007)

Serve as City Manager for airport and suburban rent a car operations in Asheville area reporting to Michael E. Gravel, Vice President Southeast Region.



Full responsibility for bottom-line factors, including multiple branch operations vision, long-range strategic planning, impeccable levels of customer service, local and corporate business development, and coordination of 400-vehicle rental fleet. Served as Sr. Station Manager for airport rent a car operations. Promoted to City Manager within a year.
