- Played a key role in evading net wholesale credit losses for the NEBC regardless of the liquidation of approximately 75 dealerships; worked collaboratively with the sales and credit teams to identify problem dealers and create best strategies.
- Successfully merged Mercedes, Chrysler, and Freightliner wholesale credit departments by developing a centralized dealer credit function in Canada. Reached all time high in the number of wholesale accounts for each brand with record profits and with the majority of the sales force promoted from the wholesale credit operation. - Competently promoted to an international assignment in Berlin, Germany; held responsible for worldwide credit functions and expertly developed wholesale credit policies and guidelines.
